Formats

CLASSIC 45

Kendra’s signature barre class is jam packed with dynamic movements of opposition and balance to promote proper body mechanics and posture. With flavors of ballet, yoga, and pilates, this class is low impact but will leave you feeling long, lean, and toned (& probably super sore).

barreATHLETE

Kendra’s 30 minute interval training class that will burn loads of calories during class and even more after class. With bursts of hard-work followed by a short rest, your body will burn fat, build lean muscle, increase metabolism, and build a healthy heart.

powerALLEY

These 20 minute classes focus on a specific muscle group at a time and we change the focus each week. The goal is to reach muscle failure…and embrace. the. shake.

minibarre
These under 30-minute classes are the perfect “equipment-free quickie” for when you’re traveling, vacationing, or just really busy. All of these classes are equipment-free, muscle-group specific (core, upper body, cardio, etc.) classes that follow a progressive interval format in which exercises are stacked back-to-back before a rest to increase repetitions, build endurance, and strength.

bA STRONG

A total body practice to create space for new wiring for optimized mind and body connection. You will find focuses of mobility, functional movement patterns, primal sequences and dynamic strength creating a holistic high-energy format that will leave you feeling centered, complete, and totally fatigued.

Yoga Strength

Yoga...but on steroids. The fiercest way to find your zen. During these mindful classes you will experience strong flows of movement that incorporate flexibility, strength training, and cardio that will increase you heart rate and make you sweat! This isn't like any yoga class you have taken before...

barreBUMP

Safe, challenging, and effective workouts that will strengthen (and support) you and baby throughout your entire pregnancy journey. We can rebuild together after baby too with our postpartum series. All barreBUMP classes are trimester-specific and range from 10-60 minutes. They will assist in building proper posture, functional strength, and give you a boost of energy.

Beginner barre

These classes break down the basics of proper posture and alignment in order to build strength, coordination, and stability throughout the entire body. You’ll gain muscle + cardiovascular endurance with the goal of making it through an entire class and advancing to “on repeat” when you feel ready.

everyBODY barre

An inclusive barre program for every body. Whether you want to lose weight, get stronger, or just get moving, everyBODY barre is a challenging but doable program jam-packed with form focused functional movements that will leave you feeling exhausted yet unstoppable. Give it a try. Consistency is a SUPERPOWER.

barreFLO

barreALLEY's Cycle Syncing feature —an innovative fitness experience designed to harmonize with the natural rhythms of the female body. This empowering and holistic approach combines the principles of barre, yoga and functional workouts with the science of cycle syncing, creating a tailored fitness regimen that evolves with your menstrual cycle.

Approach the barre

In this 30-day challenge, we are creating small, approachable, and healthy habits. With goals of walking, choosing at least one mindful meal, and creating an evening routine to promote sleep quality.
