Safe, challenging, and effective workouts that will strengthen (and support) you and baby throughout your entire pregnancy journey. We can rebuild together after baby too with our postpartum series. All barreBUMP classes are trimester-specific and range from 10-60 minutes. They will assist in building proper posture, functional strength, and give you a boost of energy.
These classes break down the basics of proper posture and alignment in order to build strength, coordination, and stability throughout the entire body. You’ll gain muscle + cardiovascular endurance with the goal of making it through an entire class and advancing to “on repeat” when you feel ready.

Whether you want to lose weight, get stronger, or just get moving, everyBODY barre is a challenging but doable program jam-packed with form focused functional movements that will leave you feeling exhausted yet unstoppable. This empowering and holistic approach combines the principles of barre, yoga and functional workouts with the science of cycle syncing, creating a tailored fitness regimen that evolves with your menstrual cycle.
In this 30-day challenge, we are creating small, approachable, and healthy habits. With goals of walking, choosing at least one mindful meal, and creating an evening routine to promote sleep quality.
