BarreTOX - a detox barreALLEY style
Detox nowadays can be a taboo or scary word. Your mind might go to a juice cleanse or only eating soup for days on end. While those might work for some people, they aren’t always the best for your body or your mental relationship with food. If you’ve ever had a challenging relationship with food, not eating any real food for a week or even a few days could be a trigger. So instead, I have a detox designed for the modern barreBABE. This plan is a straight-forward program loaded with healthful recipes that will help you reboot from the inside out.
I worked with a nutritionist and we collaborated to create a program that was realistic but also effective. If you know me, you know I am not a huge fan of being in the kitchen. These recipes are efficient, healthy, and delicious.
We will slowly eliminate certain foods from our diet over time to allow our digestive system to de-stress and re-group. We'll focus on detoxing all that processed sugar from that bod and truly restore your system so you can build your best self. It starts by preparing our body for change. Then it provides a gentle detoxification to the system. The program then moves on to renewing our system for maximum efficiency. And finally whole healthy foods are added back in to the plan. We have provided the plan, the schedule, the tools. All you need to do is commit and get the groceries! ❤
