Last Minute Halloween Costumes

Didn’t have time to plan a costume for the kids this year? Here’s some super easy and quick last minute costume ideas made from things you will have laying around your house :)

Ghost : A classic go-to. If you have an old bed sheet and some scissors, then you have all you need. Dress it up with a witches hat or sunglasses if you have them.

Mummy : All you need is toilet paper and some glue. You could also rip up an old sheet or tee shirt, wrap some gauze, etc. This one is a tried and true.

Athlete : Whatever sport your kids play, grab their uniforms: Baseball, Soccer, Basketball, Tennis.. just break out the equipment and you’re good-to-go.

Robot : Find an old cardboard box. Cut some holes and draw some details with a sharpie. Decorate it with whatever you have around the house and just like magic.. you have a robot!

The Great Pumpkin : Orange t-shirt & sharpie details. Can’t go wrong. Add a pillow underneath to give it some volume.

Vampire : Use a dressy-ish outfit, and add a red tie of some kind (could be a sock or ribbon). Draw some fake blood, fangs and turn the face white with makeup or flour. Slick back the hair and it’s a vampire!
