3. TIME
We all know how getting ready for the gym or a workout class goes: Spend 10 min putting together an outfit, spend 10 min packing a gym bag with a pre workout drink, snack, keys, headphones, towels, change of shoes etc. spend 10 min getting the kids set up, and FINALLY making it out of the house and in the car when on the drive you realize you forgot your gym membership card…or your water bottle… or your extra socks…time to go back. This stuff adds UP. Sometimes the time it takes getting to the gym ends up being more than your actual workout time.
