Revive Sunday 30 min walks are the perfect way to knock out two goals at once. Bring the kids along to get some sunshine, fresh air, and encourage movement:)
Dance Party
One of the classics. Who doesnβt love a dance party. Break a sweat and have some bonding time.
Cooking/Baking
Could be as simple as a scrambled egg breakfast or blending a green juice, just do it SCREEN FREE:)
Art/coloring
Whether its coloring books, play dough, painting pumpkins, or decorating a gingerbread house, have 20 min of creative time!
