One of our goals in the Revive Your Routine 60- Day Challenge is to spend 20 min with our kids SCREEN FREE

  • Legos

  • Family Walk

    • Revive Sunday 30 min walks are the perfect way to knock out two goals at once. Bring the kids along to get some sunshine, fresh air, and encourage movement:)

  • Dance Party

    • One of the classics. Who doesn’t love a dance party. Break a sweat and have some bonding time.

  • Cooking/Baking

    • Could be as simple as a scrambled egg breakfast or blending a green juice, just do it SCREEN FREE:)

  • Art/coloring

    • Whether its coloring books, play dough, painting pumpkins, or decorating a gingerbread house, have 20 min of creative time!

  • Build indoor Forts

    • Encourages imagination and easy clean up!

    • Teaching your kids physical fitness is always important. We have a whole series dedicated to it! Try out a playdate here!

  • fun Chores or Tasks

    • Try the matching socks game, get the laundry done and make it fun. Having help with little chores like these will make your life easier and also teach life skills.

    • Sometimes 20 min screen free just means helping with homework. As long as they have your uninterrupted attention daily where you can focus on something together!
