My 5 Day fast is complete! I loved it. I also love that it’s over. I feel great, light, fresh, and clear. I definitely feel like my body had a chance to reset. Overall, I’m down 6 pounds and 2.5 inches in my waist and 3 inches in my hips and 1/2 in my chest (😆). This was exactly what I needed to get back into gear. 5 stars.
