Not-So-Processed Frozen Food

If I could help it, I wouldn’t keep a single processed item of food in my house. But I have three kids and a business and preparing every single meal from scratch is not in the cards for me (thank goodness too because being in the kitchen all day sounds like a prison sentence to me).

I want to feed my kids (and husband) good, quality and wholesome foods - but I can’t be responsible for preparing everything all of the time. I’ve been into finding frozen/dry foods that I can whip up in a jiffy, and I have found a fan-favorite item in Dr. Praegers Chocolate Chip Oaties. So if I want to sleep in on a Saturday morning until … 6:45am I AM DOING IT. I can quickly pop these Dr. Praiger’s Oaties in the toaster for the boys without missing a beat. These look like a french toast stick kinda-thing but they have a consistency of an cooked energy ball. The go from the freezer to the plate in minutes (or seconds if you microwave ‘em). These are a great quick snack in a pinch too!

All of their products are made from simple, whole-grain, sustainable, vegan ingredients and everything of theirs is gluten-free, non-GMO. I pick mine up at Target but they can also be found at Sprouts, Whole Foods, Walmart, Amazon Fresh, Kroger, Harris Teeter, Fresh Market and more!
